A Prop Mgmt Company Refused To Provide The Legal Owner’s Info, So I Cant Name The Right Defendant In My Claim?
Thursday, June 25th, 2009I filed a Small Claim against a Property Management company, because they refused me the information about the legal owner, but now they’re saying they cannot be the defendant because they are not the owner. I am unable to find the owner’s info even in the county records. What do I do?
