Currently I’m working in Malaysia. My management refuses to give me back the expensese claim and delayed 1 1/2 months. They give me the reason is suspecting previous director has given me the money privately. What can I do now? Is there any government sector could help the employee to solve such problem?

I had been employed there for 9 months, I recently got sick and was unable to work for a couple weeks I had a doctor’s note and called in everyday that I was not going to be there. Management claims I was unreliable and went on to replace me while I was away.
…universities..in UK….where is the best place that I can ask that? because obviously the university websites would say they are better themselves and students from either of them would claim their own ones to be better…can anyone help me out here please?
